A Message For Our Ambush! ReadersWe'll be taking a break from the newspaper as the school year comes to an end. The newspaper will be up and running when we get back next school year(2018-2019). Before we sign off for the summer, we’d like to highlight some of the stories that were most important or most talked about.
For bengal community: graduation, senior of the year, and school shootings. The Walkout and #MarchForOurLives was what people across the nation mainly focused on for News and Politics; it involved kids supporting kids or adults disagreeing with kids. Every who enjoys sports, or who is an athlete probably enjoyed watching our Bengal Girls go on their journey to state this year, Zakarri Fields the State Champion, and Bengal Girl Dance Team Places 3rd at State. Arts and Culture went through a lot this year; the section created Ambush! T-shirts, published the second edition of the Literary Magazine, and critiqued the song, along with the video of “This is America” by Childish Gambino. For southwest interest: Oklahoma Teachers Walk-Out, "Suitcase Killer" Executed, and Transgender Wins State Title 2 Years in a Row. We appreciate our readers, and we encourage them to keep themselves updated with the news over the summer. We suggest The Washington Post or The New York Times. A Message From the Newsroom Dear Readers,
